Orders are processed within 24β48 hours. You will receive a confirmation SMS or email once your order is dispatched.

Other Areas: 3β7 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather or courier delays.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Free shipping may be available during special promotions.
COD is available nationwide. Please keep your phone active for courier updates and have the exact amount ready at delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send an unboxing video/photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item). We can advise the most convenient courier for your location.
Items that cannot be returned include: used/washed products, cosmetics & hygiene items (unless defective), and final-sale clearance products.
Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 7β10 business days.
